ballots
We have helped to administer a number of elections and membership
referenda by mail, often in conjunction with accounting and/or
legal firms who have certified the results. We use a two-envelope
system to guarantee individual confidentiality and can administer
the mailout of ballots and their receipt at a post office box.
We work with our clients, if requested, to establish a scrutineers'
committee which ensures that all interested parties oversee
the process and inspect the results. We can also advise on establishing
a business reply permit for returns, ballot design, package
contents and other supporting materials.
